Pink Peony was so great to work with for my wedding! They are very creative and knowledgeable, and took care of coordinating vendors for me--from photographer to make-up artist! On the day of, they ensured my vision was a priority and helped to make sure it was the day I imagined! Pink Peony helped coordinate the bridal party and our families to make sure we got the photos we wanted. They made sure the groom and I--and our wedding party--had everything we needed before the ceremony...and even had their 'tool kit' on hand in case anything went awry. They worked with venue staff to make sure the reception ran smoothly...this turned out to be especially important when the acrylic crystals on my DIY centerpieces burst into flames once the candles were lit (due to an improper test-run by me!) All of the guests were in the next room enjoying cocktail hour, about to enter the reception hall. The Pink Peony ladies worked quickly with the venue staff to put out all the little fires, and then modified EVERY one of the centerpieces so the damage was gone and the candles could burn safely throughout the rest of the evening. The room looked beautiful!! (And the smell of burning plastic was gone!) A huge thank you to Pink Peony for helping to make our wedding day the perfect start to married life for my husband and me!

I can safely say that Pink Peony Weddings and Events gave my husband and I our perfect wedding day! Both Lindsay and Kimberly consistently went above and beyond. They maintained the perfect amount of communication with my husband and me making sure that every aspect of our big day was what we wanted. The week of, I was going to call all of the vendors, but the ladies already had this handled and finalized all of the arrival times and songs for the ceremony as well. Their attention to detail was astounding. On the day of the wedding, Kimberly noticed that there weren’t enough vases for the head table. They went out and bought extra candle votives, on their own dime, because they didn’t want to disturb me (please note we made sure to try and reimburse them). Not only that, but both Lindsay and Kimberly made sure everyone, including the family and whole wedding party, was happy, and where they needed to be. We couldn’t have survived the day without their experience, calm demeanor, and professionalism. We owe them so much for making our day so perfect. If you’re lucky enough to have them available, we can’t recommend them enough!

Words cannot express how grateful we were to have Kimberly as our "day of" wedding coordinator. She was originally a guest at our wedding but immediately jumped into action when she saw the "HELP!" look in our eyes. Eric and I got married on a beautiful beach in Cozumel, Mexico in May 2016. We had been working very close with our wedding coordinator in Mexico via email and telephone for 9 months. Eric and I were were notified that she would no longer be our wedding coordinator and she quit her job 2 days before our arrival to the island! We started from scratch, 2 days before our weeding, and ran into huge language barrier. Kimberly stopped at nothing to make sure that Eric and I had the most incredible day of our lives! She made the day flow with ease and kept our wedding from turning into a disaster. Kimberly is incredibly talented and truly just wants to see other people happy. Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was if she was not there to save the day. She pulled it off way better than we could ever envisioned. We seriously couldn't have done it without her. I can’t say enough good things about Kim and Lindsay with Pink Peony. They brought an amazing mixture of calm, warmth, confidence and expertise to my wedding planning and the big day. Going in to planning my wedding I had a lot of anxiety around planning such a big event. The expectations of hosting a large group of people and using a large amount of my parent’s money was weighing on me. Kim and Lindsay stepped in and calmed all my fears. They provided insight on what works well when hosting large groups. They attended my meetings and asked crucial questions I would have never thought to ask. They coordinated my vendors and provided benchmarking for where I was paying too much. They ran errands, decorated and cleaned up on the big day which opened up my family and friends to truly enjoy the day and not be working my big day. They took on the role of answering questions so we as bride and groom could enjoy our day. They truly did it all from A to Z. I went in to my wedding wondering if I could do it on my own and I leave the experiencing shouting from the rooftops to not go through this process on your own! It is a huge day, with many moving pieces. Just like you wouldn’t buy a book and teach yourself a new language, don’t try and teach yourself the wedding language world on top of your day job. Kim and Lindsay know the wedding world very well, let them teach and lead you!
